Included in the price, we supply;

- Glasses for around 100 people. Wine, champagne and tumblers. (Extras available for hire if required)

- 3 ice bins inside to keep your drinks extra cold and handy for serving

- 2 large 85l chilly bins

- 10 bags of ice

- A water dispenser and water.

- Various different display props to create that special look. (When making a booking please be sure to let us now any special colors or themes you are working with so we can do our best to match).

Price with staff $1,200 including gst

2 staff for 5 hours (you can book the staff for longer if you require).


Extra staff travel hours to your location may apply depending on your location.

(We include 30 minutes travel each way in the quote).

(Location range included in quote, approx Orewa - Manukau).


Out of town bookings.

Price without staff $860.00 including gst


- For out of town bookings we don't provide staff, customers usually get two friends, family, or hire local staff to serve drinks to their guests.


Out of town delivery mileage: we charge .89c per km outside our usual range. I estimate the return trip mileage allowance to your location would be. $ ??


Overnight stay charge which your location would/may?? require, $ ??


We usually deliver and setup a few hours before the booking time and collect usually the following day but can collect the same day once you have finished if that is more practical.


To secure your date you will need to pay a $300 deposit to our bank account and the balance is payable the week before your booking date.
